Online Orders
Order items online using your credit card, debit card or check using Pay Pal (www.Paypal.com). Pay Pal is a free and secure service. If you see an item you would like to order, simply select "Add to Cart". Select "View Cart" at the bottom of each page to view your cart and make changes to your order.
LOCAL CHARLOTTE CUSTOMERS Please Email your Order to orders@alphabetsoupgifts.com with telephone number so we can call you for payment information- DO NOT USE CARTS as they will automatically charge you shipping - we will not be able to refund shipping charges if you pick up your item locally after using cart system - it is easiest to call the store.

Sales Tax
Only North Carolina residents pay 7.5 % sales tax on merchandise.
Shipping and Handling
For online orders (except those with FLAT rate shipping charges), PRIORITY MAIL shipping is based on the dollar amount of your order, as follows:
$0.00 - 9.99 = $6.00
$10.00 - 49.99 = $7.00
$50.00 - 99.99 = $9.00
$100.00 - 199.99 = $12.00
$200.00 and over = $14.00
These rates are for shipping within the 48 contiguous states of the U.S. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and overseas will vary depending on the location to be shipped and items ordered. Please contact us for more information orders@alphabetsoupgifts.com
Returns **PLEASE NOTE
ALL SALES ARE FINAL on ALL PERSONALIZED ITEMS. Monogrammed items are unique to that person. Please choose fonts carefully as they are not returnable items once monorgammed or special ordered unless there is a defect in product. We cannot accept returns on monogrammed items. I list "unusual" fonts in full alphabet from at bottom of the monogramming page. Authorized Returns ONLY should be mailed back to us and upon receiving, we will credit your credit card or Paypal account or send you a check from Alphabet Soup. Please choose monogram fonts carefully and ask questions so your order will be filled in the manner you choose. There are no refund for items after they are in process of manufacture. Some items are not done directly by ASG so we cannot stop their process and we have to pay for the item once it has been processed in their system. As stated, each item is uniquely monogrammed and the product is a waste to us if not received by you. We cannot allow a refund after 24 hours on special order items. If there is ANY question, you need to try to make clear choices so the product is received according to you needs. There are no refunds for items due to shipping - once the item leaves our facility to ship to the destimation we are not liable for any refund of merchandise. Depending on the situation we may offer a refund of shipping costs to cover the inconvenience. Typically this never happens, however, during rushed seasons (holidays) there could be an issue. We are NOT responsible for guaranteeing the exact time frame a package gets to you, as we use USPS Priority Mail and they do not guarantee either. We do get a tracking number if you need that. If no monogram/color information is submitted in your order, we reserve the right to choose the most popular font and thread color for you. Please fill in all information asked for online and review your order when its sent to you from Paypal, if you see any error - please email us within 24 hours, if not, we reserve the right to choose the most popular style based on your purchase.
Receiving Orders
Typically, we will ship your order within 10-12 days. If there is a longer turn around time due to a special order from a vendor we do state that on that page of the product to be clear. Our vendors do not handle rush situations, and their time frame is a guesstimate only. In non-holiday seasons the typical time of order shipment can be faster. In holiday times, the time may be longer. If it will be longer than this there will be an alert at the top of the pages of the website. Please notify us by SEPARATE EMAIL within 24 hours if you need to rush an order that we monogram in-house. A RUSH order Fee of $10-$15 applies depending on destination of package. If you do not alert us within 24 hrs your order cannot be rushed at all due to volume of orders. We ship everything thru USPS Priority Mail - they do not guarantee anything - we do track all packages to insure delivery. You will not get a confirmation of order direct from us, your Paypal receipt being emailed to you is your receipt from us as well. If you have ordered multiple items and they happen to be from differnt areas of our business, you MAY get multiple shipments. This does NOT affect your shipping cost, it just allows us to allow our vendors to get the item direct to you so your shipment is faster.
Packaging/Gift Enclosures
Gifts will be shipped with white or colored tissue paper with colored tulle/wraffia around a cello bag. If you would like a gift enclosure card, please notify on your order form and we will be happy to enclose one with your gift item.
